I left a review before in pretty mean spirit, which I apologize for. I did get a payout of a $5 gift card after completing enough surveys, and was able to get smthn off the holiday menu at dunkin during a really rough night. There is a limit on how many you can do in a day so it’s only a few cents per day but it takes less than 5 minutes to get to the daily limit so it’s not a time waster. I feel as if doing a limited amount of surveys a day is a wonderful idea because I see a lot of people’s reviews saying that they should do unlimited surveys but with that being said if they choose to add unlimited then it’s basically unlimited money which is not good because the values would go down and they would have no money. It’s important to appreciate the free things given in life and not take advantage of them or ask for more that is given. This app is so well and nicely put together and I appreciate how the surveys are short and efficient. I redeemed my $30 because I wanted something from target. Needless to say, I lost the $30, 3,000 points because my app said “Error Found” when it was processing through and black out. Mind you, I updated the app today when it needed to be updated and I’m out of luck. Nothing is showing in my rewards section in the app, didn’t get an email or nothing yet, and contacted “Invisibly” through Twitter and through their website and now waiting on a response back. I need my points back by literally tomorrow or I’m just gonna delete the app. This app is great with the surveys, the rewards, and etc, but not with the point that I possibly have to work back up again and I refuse to do it! **Developer response:** Hi there, we sincerely apologize for your experience; it is never our intention to withhold your earnings. Thank you! ### 2/5 — It doesn’t always work *2024-10-16* I can take surveys at home with wifi but i keep getting “network error” when I’m not home using cellular data? The app doesn’t work when I’m not home or not using wifi. Also i tried to click on the report problem but i can’t access their website. I wish there were more options like walmart or even an online visa card would help a lot. I thought a question was multiple choice, then when I went to click the second choice, the next question came up and kicked me out because I’m guessing it was the “What Color is the Sky?” question and accidentally marked green. I have enough points now for a $5 gift card but can’t cash out yet until 10 days after signing up which is fine to me, I have 1 day left before cashing out is available. Edit: I got a $10 gift card! But something that’s been bugging me is that many surveys prematurely end and I don’t earn the full points for no reason. I understand if an 8-point survey ends and gives like 1 or 2 points if I select “I’ve never done this” to a survey about a specific topic. But on some of them I honestly selected answers and the survey automatically ends as if me selecting an opinion and being honest was a wrong answer. Making biased surveys is very problematic and I hope this problem can get fixed if people are creating 6+ point surveys just to close the survey and only give 1 point **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. But I must agree with many of the other reviews here that it is too limited. Other than that , it gives you points for each survey and each survey shows how many points you can get and how many questions! The survey taking experience is easy, the reward literally came in in seconds, and the gift card choices are great! No disqualifications, no spending 30 minutes on a survey trying to qualify and then being told you don’t qualify or the survey is full. ### 5/5 — Edit: Back to being great! *2024-12-18* I was FINALLY able to talk with someone on the support team and they were able to resolve my issue! This app is back to being great again, and I would highly recommend! Original review: The app itself is great. No issues whatsoever. But when I went to redeem my points, it says my user account is suspended. And it’s fun. ### 5/5 — Truly amazing app! *2024-12-08* Hello developers, I just want to say that you guys have created an amazing app with easy surveys and REAL PAYOUTS, and I appreciate and applaud you guys for that but I do have some concerns and ideas that you could consider to improve your app, like for example, an error that I tend to see in the app is on some surveys that I attempt to complete, it sometimes tells me that my network issues are preventing me from completing said survey so to fix it, I exit out the survey and try to do it again but when I try to complete it, it tells me that I’ve already answered that question and I can’t advance into the survey, which leaves the incomplete and leaves me frustrated, so I don’t know if it’s a bug or some sort of error but I would really appreciate it if you guys looked into it, but anyways I also have a suggestion that you guys could add into your app, like for example, a comment section for users to talk to each other about their rewards and what they picked on their surveys, basically a place where we can interact with each other, talk about errors or things that need improvement and create an amazing community and also more reward options to redeem our points. The surveys are easy and worth getting through (they’re also like 5 questions) . The only thing I wish is to be able to turn off the vibration when you complete the survey ### 5/5 — This is how survey sites should be *2024-12-03* Clear, concise, and clean interface. Asks the typical screening questions once and then tailors your available surveys to that. I feel like a lot of survey sites are just scams because you give them your screening information and then they kick you out of the survey and you don’t get anything for it but they get some information. The surveys are usually too long and tedious. But the surveys on Invisibly are direct and to the point and I actually enjoy the discoveries option Neat to see how my data actually fits in with everyone else’s I guess it’s good that they limit the amount of surveys that you can take during a day… because I really enjoy taking these relevant interesting surveys and I could do it all day lol. I wonder if the number could increase as you login and do surveys more consistently? At any rate, keep up the good work ### 5/5 — The best survey app ever *2024-11-30* When I downloaded this app, I was stuck until I earn my first 500 points and then I redeem them for Starbucks and then I got the points and then I was so excited to go to Starbucks but I got my Starbucks coffee.
