Reached out to email support; sent the screenshot. They emailed asking for it in which I said I sent it already (it was ATTACHED to the email I sent with my issues) and then I never heard back from them again. Then I get a survey for feedback if my issue was resolved 🤣🤣 like are you kidding me? You guys NEVER even responded at all and then want to send a survey like you fixed it!? So I said in my survey how they never responded and how I would be redoing my review here so other people know what they are doing when people have issues and from what I see A LOT of people are!!! lol **Developer response:** Thank you for notifying us of this issue. I immediately canceled it after I made the invitation now I am being charged $43 multiple times throughout the month for subscription I no longer have,then it’s still active and says it will not be inactive until July 5 of 2025. I canceled this in June. The status of the subscription shifted from being inactive back to being active and the date that it ends has changed.Yall need to fix this cause I can’t even download anything else unless y’all get that money and I will not be charged for a full additional year for something I do not even have.MONEY GREEDY and untrustworthy if I could give zero stars I would!
