Frustrated to say the least! ### 2/5 — I used to love it *2025-12-22* This app used to be so good. I’ve used it many times over a few years. Now, it’s glitchy. I can be in the middle of working on an invitation or adding guests & it just crashes. All my work is lost. I finally gave up trying to use it for this year’s Christmas invitation because I could never get it to finish adding contacts to the guest list. It actually makes me sad because I’ve loved using it - even 8 months ago for a very large gathering. It worked great. But not now. **Developer response:** We hate hearing this. Would you mind sending us an email at support@invitd.us with your account info so we can squash those bugs for you? ### 3/5 — Buyer Be Aware *2025-11-15* Invitd is pretty easy to use but watch out for the charges. The whole year was take out of my account instead of the monthly charge. It was supposed to be a trial period, that was not true. ### 4/5 — Great app in the paid versions *2025-05-28* I did the middle subscription package, it’s not super easy to make changes because you have to resend to all your invitees. The second thing is that I wish there was a way to comment to the entire group or for anybody to read the comments. I highly recommend it. ### 3/5 — Ok but can be better *2024-02-27* I paid for the Conceirge subscription to get the communication features and was disappointed in the functionality and efficiency. You should be able to send individual messages but when you tap a guest response there is no way to communicate exclusively with that person within the app. You cannot send a global reminder. I had over 120 RSVPs so imagine my frustration in having to tap each one to send a reminder. Furthermore, when you do that, it erases the original response 🤦‍♀️. I realized this as my response rate dropped. It’s a convenient tool especially if you do not have emails for everyone but it needs to have a smoother logic model to be great. ### 5/5 — I’m a fan! *2024-01-29* Love this app !
