Not only was the shipping great but it came just the way I designed them with no problems and thy even gave me a couple extra (oops). Got to the last page on checkout and it was going to cost $9.95 to ship each card with 10 day shipping... guess the 85 cents didn't include the stamp. ### 1/5 — Very disappointed *2016-09-22, version 1.5.5* I ordered baby shower invitations using the app. The invitations are beautiful and I love them. Except for the part where it didn't tell me there was text on the back. So my baby shower invitations say that someone else's name is registered at three places I am not registered for. I have used other services that send my first draft to an artist for proofing and never had a problem like this before. Of coarse I emailed the company immediately and their offer to fix the problem was to give me half off of a duplicate order plus shipping. As these weren't exactly cheap I won't be taking them up on their offer. I will instead take my business elsewhere. The app did not clearly prompt me to look at or edit the back of the invite. When I discovered the error I went back on to redesign to see where I went wrong and was unable to find where I could even see the back of the invitation, or that there was text on it. My fault for veering from my tried and true. Won't be using ever again. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2016-05-26, version 1.5.4* It all costed money. I mean come on it seriously just invitations ### 1/5 — Poor quality & service *2016-04-23, version 1.5.4* I used this for my daughters graduation announcements and am so disappointed. In the app everything looks crystal clear and perfect. When they arrived the photos were grainy and the black & white photo was almost entirely all black. Usually when printing photos anywhere using a digital program there is some sort of notification if your photos will not looks as expected. This program gave me none of that. No warning that they wouldn't print exactly like it showed in the proof- which looked crystal clear. To make matters worse, when I emailed customer service about my situation they took no responsibility, stating " We don't call customers just because their photos aren't as good as they could be, otherwise, we'd be on the phone with 99% of our customers. " Then they told me that if I would have purchased the review by a professional option I wouldn't have this issue. My photos were TAKEN BY A PROFESSIONAL, I didn't think I would need another professional for this too. I would not recommend this to a friend and I will never use it again. ### 1/5 — Garbage!! *2015-11-01, version 1.5.3* This app is garbage! Charges you for a standard invite. Cards are ruined. App needs to be updated or something. ### 2/5 — Not Happy *2016-04-20, version 1.5.4* I recently bought my graduation invitations from this app. I was completely disheartened when I looked at the card after I had ordered it to find out that some of my embellishments had been deleted. I had had problems with this app the entire time using it but really liked the layouts, so I kept using it. My pictures would not stay in the position that I put them in. Also, there isn't a bring to front button for text, so if you want words on top of a picture you have to delete the text and re-type it. I wouldn't mind paying for that, but for actual paper ones when an invitation or greeting card may be printed at home with card stock n an art software, nope. What a waste of app. ### 2/5 — Easy to use, but picture on card was blurry *2014-11-27, version 1.4.0* I had a lot of fun designing my son's adoption finalization party invitations with this app. It's very easy to use and has a ton of really neat templates. The colors came out vibrant and the card stock it's printed on makes it look and feel more expensive than they were. I thought pricing was pretty fair and there were many fonts to choose from. However, I can only give it 2 stars because of 2 reasons: the picture on the card was blurry when they arrived, but was not blurry on my iPhone screen when I was editing the invitation. I was heartbroken when I saw the blurry image of my son on our invitations. Secondly, I paid $20 extra for priority shipping because the app estimated December 3rd for regular shipping. Priority was estimated at November 26th. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the mail on November 22nd and found the cards. But I wish they had been more accurate on time to print and ship because I really didn't need to spend the extra money for priority shipping. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — The only printing service I use *2022-12-11, version 1.9.8* This is the greatest service. They were super easy to customize and I got them like 3-4 days after placing my order! I will say that the photo on the invitations is like the TINIEST bit blurry but it's not noticeable enough to make me feel any kind of way about it.
