Unfortunately, poor coordination between the app and the website have led to inconsistent invoicing and billing issues if the app is not immediately updated, which can lead to significant issues if all employees do not update the app the day of update. ### 2/5 — Rip off *2025-08-03* I’ve used this app for years and happily paid for it. I produce one invoice a month sometimes two but rarely. This app is trying to force me to pay 3 times the amount for unlimited invoices that I don’t need. Thanks but no thanks **Developer response:** InvoiceASAP is COMPLETELY FREE for creating up to 5 invoices per month. Merchants are only prompted to upgrade if and when they create more than 5 invoices per month. Every time I try to put a estimate and move it to an invoice. It gives me an error code and doesn’t allow me to do it. Support still has not contacted me or fix the problem. The other issue was Copying and pasting emails into the form for customers. It didn’t do that for many months, and finally fixed that problem. Apps are supposed to make your business run smoothly. This app is not doing it anymore. Something happened at some point that they are not programming issues. And Support does not answer. And for my purpose, it has been a time saver without having to pay a lot of money. The last two updates have removed that feature. The last update has some glitches when viewing the invoice. Most items have the number of each item but some don’t. When you try to create an invoice for an existing customer it we’ll pop up a message to the affect of “you need to enter a valid customer”. All records are easy to access all year long. i highly recommend this to a young company or an already established company. It will expand as you do. I upgraded from the free version to a paid subscription only to lose features that l had in the free version. Absolutely ridiculous! And there’s no easy way to manage or upgrade your subscription. Starting to seem like a scam 🤷🏽‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Horrible *2022-05-31, version 6.11.6* This app was great till they chose to switch payment providers. I was charge nearly $1000 when customers used app to pay invoices. Then all of a sudden I wasn’t eligible for that service anymore and had to pay to use app. ### 1/5 — Needs lots of Improvement *2022-04-16* It’s not worth the 3.99 per month as invoice asap still has a lot of limitations like not being able to correct the title of an item once you click save. You can only go back in to change a price, quantity, or notes. With this limitation, if you make a grammatical error of any sort you will be forced to delete the whole thing and start over or you will need to go into saved “inventory” and try to correct in that realm but it’s a major pain especially when other programs have simple features like this as a stock feature. In addition to the aforementioned, you can’t get spelling suggestions at certain phases of creating the invoice. There is also no way to upload your own personal company logo. I could keep listing limitations of invoice asap but I think you will be getting the idea if you’ve read this far already. This app used to be free which in its current state should be free. Ironically, with all the money invoice asap is making off people throughout the world you’d think the app would be much more intuitive with stock features like quick books. Unless invoice asap makes significant changes I am going to just take the hit and buy quick books outright. **Developer response:** Hi - We are really sorry you were not able to correct the things you listed. Two different times once a few months ago and now most recently (08/30/2020).
