It makes tracking my lessons and payments super easy and the invoices look great. It calculated the amount all my customers owed me for x number of minutes. Not to mention that it is friendly user, with a guided tour on HOW to use it and when there is a problem. Although this app is at an early stage, it is definitely worth using this app. A ny issues with the app? I have been using this app for years, and emailed him a few suggestions I had. I have just downloaded the most recent update and Tom found a way to include my entire wish list of app features! Tom has already saved me hundreds of hours over the years (I coach figure skating and used to hand out paper invoices not that long ago…wow, looking back I was living in the Stone Age until recently), and with all of the new updates, he has just saved me SO many more hours when it comes to tax season. Recording lessons isn’t a set process. Making contacts in my phone mandatory to have before allowing me to record, month to month recording (what about recording 26th - 26th?), etc. I’ve been quite frustrated. I expected more for the price. I paid half for a different app that allows me to record hourly and choose the beginning and end date. Plus, it’s been quite glitchy and freezing. Doesn’t make me feel confident in its ability to save my recorded lessons. **Developer response:** I'm very sorry for the unexpected experience. I think your idea for custom invoice date ranges is great, and I'm working on that feature right now. Also, I'd love to dig into the glitches/crashes you're experiencing. I have tried sending invoices via clicking “send invoice” and via the arrow top left to go straight via my Gmail account. My clients are not receiving them either way. There is no place in the app to see that they actually sent. It shows “invoice sent” with a checkmark, but none of them show up in my email despite it saying I am BCC’d. I am paying for an app that is not working and no one will respond to me **Developer response:** I am very sorry for the inconvenience. I have to delete and redownload it in order for it to fix itself. Thank you for your patience and for using the app! ### 3/5 — Screwed up Membership *2024-09-05* LOVE the app and it’s so easy to use for myself and clients but I am unable to send out invoices! Back in January I purchased premium so I could send out multiple invoices a month, it was working great until all of a sudden I couldn’t send any. This started around April but I only had one client in April and none over the summer. I now have almost 10 clients and cannot be screenshotting and sending to them and do not have the time to make excel invoices for everyone! I go to purchase premium again and it shows I have the subscription until this January! **Developer response:** Sorry you had to deal with that, it’s not the experience I want for anyone. Most of the time I am paid ahead of time and need to keep running totals. This app doesn't work that way unfortunately. Because of this I cannot use it. The support team has been very quick to respond to any messages I have sent. Looking forward to future updates. I will continue to use this app. ### 4/5 — Account login *2026-06-02* It’s a nice and simple app but love to have a username and password rather than having it tied to my Apple ID. Then I could have my admin staff send out the invoices and mark them as paid. I also wish there was an option to make time entries go chronologically from top to bottom rather than bottom to top. I use it to invoice all my skating lessons, it is very easy to use, quick and convenient lesson entries. When entering lessons under a client you can click on the date and a calendar pops up with blue dots on all the days you have entered lessons, I find this super convenient because with a quick glance at the end of the month I can double check that I didn’t miss any entries before sending out my invoice for that client. I have had a great experience with the developer Alex, he is very responsive with his emails, he looked into a feature that disappeared for me and had the added back in no time. It does exactly what it says on the tin: tracks lessons and sends invoices. The iCloud sync is seamless, and the ability to track 'Paid vs. Unpaid' status at a glance helps me stay on top of my cash flow without opening a spreadsheet. The custom message feature on the invoices also allows me to keep that personal touch with my students.
