It feels like they are intentionally holding user data hostage. I’ve searched every setting and there is no option to wipe my information. Extremely shady practices—stay away if you value your privacy. ### 1/5 — Sent an invoice, got paid, didn’t receive funds *2024-03-28* I don’t trust this app after it scammed me of $150. It’s been 2 days and I can’t see my payment. Nor does the invoice show up in my stripe account (using the official website / app). ### 1/5 — Payments *2023-03-31* 7 days ago I sent a invoice and it was paid. The money still is not in my account. I have no way of reaching out to anyone about my concern. I’m hate it here. And I can’t log out or anything. This app is trash! ### 1/5 — Surcharge *2023-03-06* This app is not made by Stripe, but they charge an extra percentage fee on every payment that you collect. It is deeply hidden within the Stripe dashboard. Just by simply sending out an invoice using this app, a percentage of each transaction is paid to the app developer. This is misleading because it doesn’t state anything in the app description about not being free. The only way to know that you have been charged is after a payment has been made, and there is no way to undo that. If you are sending out large payments, or even payments over $100, this percentage will certainly add up. Considering Stripe already charges pretty high fees as compared to physical credit card machines, this is such a burden upon small businesses. ### 1/5 — Literally has 1 function *2023-03-06* Serves no function other than to add customers to your customer database, and even that extremely limits the amount of information you can enter about the customer. This app does not integrate with your Stripe account aside from login purposes and customer database. Your saved products do not appear in the app and you are severely limited in customization of products compared to the website. Also, your invoice templates do not integrate from the website and invoice customization capabilities are severely limited compared to the website. To make matters worse, you can’t even accept payments credit card payments for physical card present transactions with this app. Complete waste of time, this app 👎 ### 1/5 — This is a scam don't be tricked as it's not invoice2go it's a phishing scam *2023-02-07* Scam alert ### 1/5 — Reoccurring payments *2021-12-21* You can’t make reoccurring payments like a monthly subscription for your clients. ### 1/5 — Don’t download this App! *2021-09-19* I have sent out 3 invoices customer has paid from their end but I have never received the money in my account. But, when I tried to log out of the app prior to deleting, the feature was not available. Instead, when I selected the log out function, I was taken to my customer page. This app needs work before you share sensitive financial information. I have invoice drafts in my Stripe dashboard. I downloaded this app hoping I could update them on on the go. I could create a new invoice, but don’t have edit access to the existing ones.
