## What is Invoice It?

Metro Bank has partnered with BankiFi to bring you ‘Invoice It’; an app-based financial management tool designed to help you get paid quickly and securely. It’s free and exclusive to Metro Bank Business Current Account* customers. Terms and conditions and eligibility criteria apply. How Invoice It works:  

We understand that, as a small business, your time is precious. Invoice It is available to help save you time on financial admin and chasing late payments, giving you more time for the important bits.   

The Invoice It app allows sole-traders and small businesses (with a Metro Bank Business Current Account*) to send digital payment requests to customers - via SMS, Email, WhatsApp or QR codes - safely and securely.  

You can link your accounting package** to Invoice It. It works seamlessly between your bank account and accounting package, to help you spend less time on financial admin – it’s also available on the web. Invoice It enables you to send and manage payment requests. Metro Bank does not guarantee that invoices will be paid, as payment depends on your customer completing the transaction.

Payment limits The maximum limit for a payment request without an invoice is £5,000, while payment requests with an invoice can be up to £250,000. The ‘Invoice It’ service is provided by BankiFi Technology Limited (‘BankiFi’). BankiFi is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under Financial Services Register number 926574 as a PSD Agent of Moneyhub Financial Technology Limited. Registered in England and Wales, number 1069677. Registered Office: Centurion House, 129 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 3WR. 

You need one of the following Metro Bank Business Current Accounts to be eligible for free access to Invoice It; Business Bank Account, Business Start-Up Account, Business Switcher Account, or a Commercial Current Account.  

** Sage, Quickbooks and Xero are the only accounting software applications that can currently be connected to Invoice It. More software providers will be introduced in the future. Integration with accounting software requires a separate subscription with the relevant provider.
