There is also not the ability to copy a link to the invoice and paste it so that people can pay their invoices. If they fixed that, it would easily be the best invoice app on the market. It also deletes the task line over and over. Not all of them just random tasks. It takes a while to type out a proper estimate or invoice and with me paying for the app I feel like it should be better quality. After 30 on a chat with support they explained they renamed the software to air invoice but it WAS NOT the same app. Then they directed me here to download this app and its the same with a bunch of changes. I've used this software for 10 years and its been great, but they keep tryign to "upgrade" and change it making it impossible to navigate and use. I will be finding another app for invoicing unless this company gets it together asap. ### 1/5 — Poor Costumer Service *2025-09-04, version 6.16.11* I downloaded the app for a trial. I couldn’t use all the features so I decided to upgrade. Now it says I have 3 active accounts and the app still doesn’t work. Customer service was no help and stopped responding.
