I received support during my trial, but after I paid which they double charged me I never heard back from the company. I would like to renew, but probably won’t if I don’t hear back from them. It does change paid invoices titles when I change them which is annoying & it has no collating for tax like others do. Also it won’t allow you to roll a quote into an invoice, you have to manually add all of the info all over again. If that could be fixed that would be terrific. I love it though. Every update they do you have a chance at loosing all saved info.
