I bought a subscription year, I had to reset my mac and when I reinstalled it is charging me again it is fatal, it is not good waste time and money it is very difficult appy the service did not give me a good solution for this problem

I bought the app for a year.   Got a new phone and am not able to use the app from any other device other than the one I bought it for.   Makes no sense!!

Please note that your subscription can be restored on any device as long as you’re logged in with the same account (Google Play or Apple ID) that was used to make the purchase.

Here’s what to do:

Open the app on your new phone.

Go to Settings → Restore Purchase.

Make sure you’re signed in with the same store account used for the original purchase

Can’t specify quantity, can’t double the same item on an invoice, automatically went in USD, hard to navigate, annoying that I can’t even get support to cancel my subscription cause it says my email is not added, yet it is.

The app is fantastic except I am unable to fathom how to delete an invoice which is frustrating
