This affected anyone with a large number of invoices, and got worse the more invoices you had. The list now loads in one pass. If the app was becoming unusable for you, it should feel immediate again. FIXED: OLD INVOICES NOT LOADING The same problem stopped older invoices appearing at all, because the list never finished loading. They were always safely stored — they just could not be shown. They are back. NEW: ADD FEATURES DIRECTLY FROM THE MORE TAB The More tab now shows the features you are not currently using, under "Available to add". Accounting, Tax Tracking, Point of Sale and Team & HR can be switched on with a single tap, without going through Settings. Tap any of them to add it and it moves straight up into the list with your other features, or tap "Show all" to see everything the app offers. FIXED: "PAID" NOW APPEARS IN YOUR LANGUAGE The paid and partially paid marks on your invoices were printing in English regardless of the language you use. They now appear correctly translated, so the invoice your customer receives reads properly in their language. IMPROVED: STABILITY WHEN SIGNING IN Refinements to how your data loads after signing in, for a more reliable start-up. Thank you to the customers who reported the freezing in detail — it is what made the cause findable. ### 5.05 — 2026-08-22 This update fixes a startup crash and restores missing contacts. If the app was freezing or closing on you, please update. FIXED: APP FREEZING AND CRASHING AT STARTUP Accounts with a large number of invoices could freeze a few seconds after opening and then close. The app was repeating far too much work while loading your invoices. No data was affected, and the app now opens normally. FIXED: MISSING CONTACTS Some customers found most of their contacts had disappeared, usually after signing out. The contacts were never deleted. The app was simply looking in the wrong place for them. This update finds that information and restores it automatically. The same problem could also hide receipts, invoices and tax records, and those are restored too. FIXED: YOUR FULL ADDRESS ON INVOICES Your city, state and ZIP code now appear on every invoice design. Previously most designs printed only your street address, and some printed no address at all. Leaving any one of those boxes empty no longer hides the other two. NEW: PAID AND PARTIALLY PAID INVOICES Invoices now clearly show when they have been paid, so you can send the same invoice back to your customer as proof of payment instead of creating a separate document. Invoices with an outstanding balance are marked as partially paid. FIXED: DISCOUNTS AND TAXES ON ESTIMATES Estimates were not applying discounts, and did not handle multiple tax rates such as GST and PST. Estimates now calculate exactly the same way invoices do, so an estimate and the invoice you create from it will always match. Estimates also have a discount field, which was missing before. FIXED: ESTIMATES ASKING TO UPGRADE Customers who had already purchased could be asked to upgrade when opening Estimates, because the app had not finished confirming the purchase. It now waits for confirmation before deciding, and clears the message if confirmation arrives a moment later. FIXED: SQUARE PAYMENT LINKS Creating a payment link with Square could fail with an authorization error even when the credentials were correct. The app now confirms your Square environment directly with Square instead of assuming it. Square setup no longer asks you to choose between test and production. The app works it out for you. Several of these were found and fixed because of them. ### 5.04 — 2026-08-21 Duplicate Receipts, Products and Stock Items- Fixed, and Cleaned Up Some accounts were building up many copies of the same receipt, product or inventory item. We've fixed what caused it, and this version also clears the duplicates already on your device. Just install the update and open the app - there's no button to press, nothing to switch on, and it works whether or not you're signed in. Emailed Invoices Are No Longer Blank Invoices sent by email or text could arrive with an empty items table. The line items are now read back correctly, so your client sees the complete invoice. Your Chosen Invoice Template Stays Chosen Emailing an invoice could fall back to the default design. Your selected template, colours, logo and payment terms are now kept, and syncing no longer overwrites them. The Email Itself Now Carries Your Branding The message around the attached invoice uses your own logo and colours instead of our default palette. New: Tax-Inclusive Pricing If the prices you enter already include tax, switch on Tax-Inclusive Pricing in your tax settings. Tax is then worked out from the total rather than added on top, so your customer pays exactly the amount you typed — and the tax still shows as its own line for their records. Works with separate taxes such as TPS and TVQ. Existing invoices are untouched. Currency Fixes Added Papua New Guinean Kina (PGK). Fixed an issue where 39 of the 44 supported currencies were reset to US dollars as soon as an invoice synced. Your Older Invoices Are Back Some long-time users opened the app to find their whole invoice history missing. The data was always safe on the device — one unreadable record was hiding all of it. Your history now loads even if a single record is damaged. ### 5.0.3 — 2026-07-30 Separate sales taxes on your invoices - Show GST and QST (TPS/TVQ) — or any two taxes — as separate line items instead of one combined amount, with their registration numbers. - New one-tap Quebec preset adds TPS (5%) and TVQ (9.975%) instantly. - Separated taxes now appear on every invoice template and on the PDF your clients receive. Prefer a single combined tax? That option is still there. Inventory movement history - Every stock change — items added, removed, recounted, damaged, or expired — is now recorded. Tap History on any item to see the full log with quantities, reasons, and dates. A cleaner, faster create button - The center "+" button now focuses on creating: New Invoice, Get Paid, and Scan Document/Receipt.
