When you convert it to an invoice, mark whether the deposit was paid and the invoice automatically shows "Less deposit paid → Balance due". • Invoice numbering per customer — Give any customer their own prefix (e.g. ACME-0001) so their invoices run on a separate series from your standard INV numbers. • Faster PDF previews — The first preview of each session now opens almost instantly, with pinch-to-zoom and double-tap to zoom on the document. • Tidier bank details — BSB and account numbers are auto-formatted (062-000, 1081 7374) everywhere, including your PDFs and shared invoice links. • Locked-in invoices — Your signature and payment details are frozen onto each invoice the moment you issue it, so changing your settings later never alters invoices you've already sent.
