User unfriendly and a serious lack of customizations.

Could be great, missing only 1 small thing for 5 stars which does not effect the use.I use the app everyday and it works great in the cloud for using iPhone on the go and iPad at home.
If we could change the status of an invoice I would rate this program 5+
