The app itself is great. Recently could not login with correct password - check update, renew password but still not opening. Contact customer support and no ph number - just chat. Waiting for 34 minutes saying 1 min to go and then went to a two hour wait. That’s extremely poor service guys and not good enough when using this regularly. This kind of confuse me and I had to contact customer support. They said they were gonna send me emails and never did so this app is garbage they lie to you. They don’t help you in any way and then there’s no information of what happened why it happened or anything? It’s kind of like they’re just beating around the bush. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — ⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Treatment of a Small Business *2026-08-25, version 11.168.0* I’m extremely disappointed with how Invoice2go handled my account. I signed up to use this service for my business, provided the information and documents that were requested, and then my account was suddenly deactivated and permanently closed. What makes this worse is that Invoice2go told me that all pending payments were canceled and/or refunded, but when I asked why my business was being denied service, I was told they were unable to provide any further information regarding the decision. That is unacceptable when you’re dealing with a small business that depends on invoicing and payment processing. If there was an issue with my account, documentation, verification, or anything else, I should at least be given a meaningful explanation or an opportunity to correct it. I am posting this review because normal support has not provided me with an answer. I would like someone from Invoice2go management, account review, or the appropriate escalation department to contact me directly and actually review what happened to my account. I am willing to update this review if Invoice2go reaches out, explains the situation, and makes a genuine effort to resolve it. ### 1/5 — Price increase for what? *2026-08-16, version 11.168.0* Been a loyal customer for several years and my price increases by 40% for no reason and no improvement to the app at all? I no longer have access to any of my income information and now have to figure out how to receive my cancelled income. Customer service provided no assistance. More like customer disservice. Pay monthly to use this just for my life to be harder for it. It was great until they became very greedy. I was paying $99 a year then $149 with an adequate amount of invoices. Now to get over 100 invoices a year they want to charge over $600. The quality and functionality of the app hasn’t changed in over a decade so why the inane increase? Customer service has gone down hill. They obit have bot now with no live person.After 11 years I will be cancelling and moving on to another invoicing app as there are plenty of them. You reset the password and it is still 50/50 logging on and it keeps repeating. Very shocking in the logging on part.
