I love listening to these hypnotic tracks. They are so relaxing and effective. Everything from the music, the suggestions, the language are combined to create a true masterpiece. I also like you can download them and listen to them offline.

I have used this meditation track every night for the past few weeks and can honestly say I’ve never experienced such an incredibly high-quality, well thought-out, and organized sleep guide. Not only is the quality incredible but the impact it’s having on my day-to-day life is nothing short of profound. 

I have struggled for years to sleep well, maintain focus at work, and have felt that heaviness and weight that so many feel bogged down by - gone. Just. Gone. 

Renewed vigor, renewed energy, renewed zest for life. I have more clarity, more focus, and yes, I’m sleeping incredibly well for the first time in years.

The speakers voice is profoundly soothing. I listened to the track during the day once and found the wording is filled with incredibly uplifting and positive messaging. Something I know we could all use more of in our lives.

Find yourselves a comfortable pair of sleep headphones and give this app a try. So unbelievably worth it.

As a personal development enthusiast I have listened and found hundreds of meditations over the years. None of which have even come close to those on Invokk. Sometimes with other meditations you get bad suggestions unintentionally. The suggestions in these tracks are top notch..no bad suggestions, I always feel refreshed, and the voices they use are so soothing. As someone who cares about quality this app gives the best in my opinion. I’ll be keeping this one.
