Does not pair to the app. It is plugged in and fully charged yet fails to pair. Avoid, likely a scam product.

Bought after seeing on there they worked for a few weeks then the company nerved the products if you don’t pay for a yearly subscription.  I don’t need GPS tracking and that wasn’t the premise under which I bought the products. God awful company and my dogs fur started turning colors where the device was likely from radiation.  DO NOT BUY from this fraudulent company.

The concept is nice, but it doesn’t work consistently. After I charge it and put it back on my dog, the location or his activities don’t even sync. I have to reboot it a lot and if the tracker is not in range, I can’t even do that. In the event my dog gets of of the yard, the likelihood of the device actually working to help find him seems slim. It’s disappointing.

The concept of this collar was promising. Basically, the “Apple Watch for Dogs” but any of those features require a subscription to use so unless you are shelling out money every month, or every year — the hardware becomes obsolete. Not to mention they already required a warranty exchange due to faulty hardware and most of the software features have remained in beta mode for over a year. I put hundreds of dollars into this device as an early adopter, and the only thing they seem to care about is the monthly subscription..

I really like the health aspects of this tracker. Please consider making it more the size of the maven tracker. This is huge on little dogs.

The tracker and collar work well. i’m pleased on day one. The app is nicely designed but it’s missing a key feature found in every other tracker app, including invoxia’s other apps - distance travelled. The app shows the time and a detailed map of our walk but not the distance! Please add this “feature”!
