I run a small HVAC business, so I’ve spent a lot of time in tools like Housecall Pro and Jobber. They work, but half the time it feels like I’m stuck in the app clicking through menus after a long day in the field.

Took me a second to adjust from the legacy tools but I prefer this way of doing things. Instead of bouncing between tabs, I can just tell it what I need and it takes care of it.

It feels less like software and more like having a personal assistant handle my invoicing and scheduling. That alone has saved me time at night when I’d rather not be doing admin work.

Still early, but if you’re running an HVAC crew and dealing with scheduling + billing every day, it’s a pretty nice change from the usual tools.

It’s no different than talking to an employee. Tell the app what to do and it completes the task. Almost eliminated my admin work

Invoyce has been saving me 5+ hours per week. It’s completely free and is straightforward to use. The one time I reached out for support I got an actual person who helped right away. Compared to Jobber or QuickBooks, this is way less complicated. Worth a try if you need something fast and no-nonsense.

Was an early user - it is by far the quickest and easiest invoicing tool I’ve ever used. Also has helpful additional features, like managing clients. AI chat takes some getting used to, but amazing once mastered. Saves hours every week.
