Excellente journée Equipe digitale inwi money ### 1/5 — Avoid at all costs *2020-05-14* TL,DR : MISERABLE FAIL OF A SERVICE : DO NOT RECOMMEND! Long version with details: I signed app to use INWI MONEY as my daily quick banking app. The service is WAY behind in every aspect. Here are my thoughts: #1 To use the service, you have two similar options : a- go to the agency to sign up. b- sign up online Both these options limit your use of the service to 200 MAD only. Beyond that you need to go to the agency to upgrade. The funny thing about the upgrade is that they have a system that doesn’t accept names with more than 15 characters long. So the upgrade is not possible. They are looking into it... #2 If you were thinking you could refill your account using you credit card or any sort of online service then you’re wrong. YOU CAN ONLY REFILL YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH THE AGENCY. I did just that, and using the 200 MAD limited allowance, I tried to pay for my WIN (new online ONLY ISP by INWI) monthly bill. Guess what? The payment goes through but the win service was never activated. After contacting WIN support numerous times they said you should contact INWI MONEY for the issue. (Btw. I know I’m not alone in this) So the payment is deduced from my account but not transferred to the service...
