Randomly payee accounts just get deleted from my list- so, in addition to having to re-enter them AND I’ve lost all my payment history for that particular vendor ### 1/5 — Can’t mobile deposit. The interface is always down for mobile deposits. It forgets my devices on a regular basis. Ugh. When I click on help, it refers me back to the stupid app and website. Inwood Bank is great overall, but the app is weak, and in 2026 there is no excuse for it to not be as good as the big banks. Number 1 gripe, mobile deposit saying I need to write on the back of the check, when it’s already written on.
