Es lässt sich nicht beheben. Auch löschen und neu installieren der App hat nicht geholfen. My current complaint is that I can’t actually use it right now. I keep trying to get someone to help but all the email addresses are fictitious on the HELP VERSION TO GET HELP. I did not sign out, and when I went to check stats the app was locked out. Every time I email says these are not legit addresses . I could not pair my watch to the app, tried factory resetting like the app instructed and still no luck. It wants me to make an account but when I try to do so says I already have that email address registered. All of a sudden the watches won’t bind. I found a spot that stated there was an update but it doesn’t show up at all when I follow the company’s directions on how to update. I don’t have full access to the device. I went back to Yamay because I thought highly of it.
