### 2/5 — Credit for the idea, except it won’t work for me.

My profile picture keeps going blank, no matter how many times I try to upload one. If the app doesn’t work, it doesn’t matter how good the idea is. It won’t show me any user profiles (“Unexpected error”) and it won’t save any changes I make to my profile. Like guys, I’m giving you 2 stars for the fact that on principle this should be a cool app (and because no one takes 1-star reviews seriously), but I can’t even use your app.

### 3/5 — I thought the point was to NOT see each other’s face….

The only reason I joined was for the fact that I could hide my photo until we were comfortable talking to each other. But my first try and I can see every single photo. Is it just an error on my end or am I just gonna always be everyone’s photo and everyone see mine?

**Developer response:** Hi CatatinaRosenbode! When accessing the search engine and according to the search preferences you have chosen, INYN will show you the people most similar to you with their verified and visible profile photo at that moment. If someone else looks at your profile and you both want to connect, very soon you can start to discover the real game of our app, because at that point your entire profile will be locked. You know you like each other but now you have to discover through the chat who is hiding behind that profile. As you receive likes from the person you're talking to, you'll get to know their tastes and a part of their photo will also be unlocked. The conversation is the main ingredient of INYN. We have been working on this idea for more than four years and we are sure that it is the most fun and safe way to really connect with someone who is looking for the same thing as you. We hope that this person will appear for you very soon.
