## What is Inzi Employee?

Inzi Employee is the companion app for beauty and wellness service providers who work with Inzi. Manage your schedule, view booking details, get directions to customers, and update booking status—all from your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Dashboard — See today’s appointments and upcoming bookings at a glance. Quick stats show how many bookings you have today and in the coming days.

• Booking requests — View all your assigned bookings in one place. Filter by status (e.g. pending, confirmed, completed, cancelled) so you can focus on what matters.

• Booking details — Open any booking to see full details: customer name and contact, service(s), date and time, location, notes, and total. Update status (e.g. on the way, arrived, in progress, completed) so customers stay informed.

• Directions & maps — Get turn-by-turn directions to the customer’s address. The app shows your location and the customer’s location on a map and can guide you there.

• Location sharing — When you have active bookings, the app can share your location so customers know when you’re on the way. Location is used only to improve the service experience.

• Notes & service info — Read customer notes and full service details for each booking so you’re prepared before you arrive.
