Introduction Our Employee Application is designed to empower warehouse and field teams with the right tools to manage customers, process orders, track activities, and carry out deliveries efficiently. It provides real-time access to warehouse data, streamlines reporting, and ensures higher productivity across the workforce. 2. Core Features A) Create Order Search customers by name. Access digital product catalogue. Add products via Name, SKU, or Barcode scan. Adjust quantity, discounts, and estimates (custom pricing). Support for back orders. Product images, cost & ranking visibility can be toggled from admin. Choose between pickup, delivery, or shipping while creating orders. B) Expense Management Add and track expenses. Entity types: Payee, Customer, Supplier. Expense types: Stock, Return, or custom. Create new expense categories as needed. C) Orders Accept payments (partial or full). View invoice details and payment history. Log visits, calls, and meetings. Route planning & geo-tagging for field staff. Generate daily/weekly activity reports.
