After putting pan and dob the app is sending sms and shows message to relax while verifying number. After sometimes it comes with error ' unable to verify rhe number'

Steps to Reproduce: In login screen, Even after providing a valid Pan no and DOB and sending the message through registered mobile number, I was encountering a Alert message popup says: Authentication Failed please contact customer care.
