## What is iObs?

iObs is an application that can be used worldwide for entering and uploading observations of birds, mammals, plants, etc. directly from the field. You can use current time and location. You can use the app in off-line mode. When on-line, you can upload all data to your personal account on participating portal sites. Currently these are waarneming.nl, waarnemingen.be and observation.org.

App très fluide et intuitive. Personnalisation efficace pour l’activation de listes. Il semble que les droits d’affichage des photos aériennes aient été perdues car le fond satellite est très dégradé imposant open street map. Est ce une marche forcée vers l’app observation qui n’offre pas encore l’onglet de stats d’iObs ?

Appli très efficace pour des saisies multi-taxa et pour générer des listes. Son ergonomie n’est pas démodée et me semble même meilleure que la nouvelle appli. Question de goût et d’habitude sûrement. Je reste sur iObs à ce jour. Le parametrage des listes, les modes d’affichage des noms, le choix de copier la donnée (et donc les détails) des la page de saisie et l’onglet statistiques sont des atouts à ce jour propres à la version iObs. Merci pour cet outil !!

Image recognition is om de een of andere reden veel slechter dan die van Obsidentify zelf. Wanneer Obsidentify mij bijna 100% zekerheid geeft over bepaalde foto’s die dan ook overduidelijk zijn, geeft deze app me vaak een ‘onzeker identificatie’ waardoor ik niets kan uploaden.

Suite à une grande mise à jour de l’application, une partie de la plateforme était restée en allemand.
Après l’avoir signalé, ce bug a été résolu le lendemain : un dimanche !
Si toute les équipes pouvaient réagir de la sorte, ce serait magnifique.
Bravo pour cette réactivité exemplaire !!
L’application est parfaite.
Concernant la plateforme associée observations.be l’ajout facile de sons serait un plus.

Sería mucho mas sencillo utilizar la herramienta de búsqueda de especies si no respondiera a los acentos

Deze app gebruik dagelijks om mijn waarnemingen in te voeren.
De app is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk.
Sinds 2018 heb je nu ook de mogelijkheid om een soort te herkennen op basis van een foto (imago recognition). 

Je kan ook gebruik maken van 2 soorten tellingen: punt- of routetelling.

Daarnaast gebruik ik deze app niet enkel voor mijn nationale waarnemingen, maar ook die in het buitenland.

Hopelijk krijgt die binnenkort nog meer updates zoals een rechtstreekse link met “broedvogelatlas”.

Cette appli est très pratique pour noter ses observations en peu de temps et de manière précise. On peut y ajouter des photos et beaucoup d’autres informations concernant cette observation. Néanmoins dans la liste des plantes, certaines sont manquantes, d’autres n’affiche que les sous-esp sans la version classique. Par exemple, il manque Carex otrubae, Carex elata n’affiche que les subsp etc... Si la liste était complète, ce serait vraiment top !
