It’s hard to imagine that someone spent time building this app. Cool Remote was a terrible application but they succeeded in developing one that worse to replace it. Congratulations. Too many issues to bother listing them, I would suggest that they delete it and start fresh.

This app is frustrating, constantly crashes, logs out and information is significantly delayed. Sometimes it doesn’t even communicate and action requests.

Until recently, the app worked well. Now however, it requires users to log in virtually every time. In a home without thermostats, that’s a huge hassle.
