## What is ioJump SOS Assist?

ioJump SOS Assist is the quickest way to get hands-on help from your IT
  support — without screen-sharing apps your tech has to install, without
  email tag, without explaining the problem twice.
  
  When you need help, your support tech sends you a short code (or calls
  you straight from their dashboard). Open ioJump SOS Assist, tap to
  join, and they're with you on a video call in seconds. Show them
  what's on your screen, point the camera at the broken thing, or hand
  over a one-tap broadcast so they can see exactly what you're seeing
  as you tap through it.

  HOW IT WORKS
  1. Your support tech sends you a 6-character code, OR rings your phone
     from their dashboard.
  2. You tap Join. Camera and mic stay off until you turn them on.
  3. Hit Share to broadcast your screen. Your tech sees it live and can
     walk you through every step.
  4. End the call when you're done. Nothing keeps recording. The
     broadcast stops automatically.
  
  DESIGNED FOR REAL SUPPORT
  Real calls don't stay on one screen. ioJump SOS Assist lets your tech
  keep talking even when you switch apps to fix something — audio stays
  connected the whole time. If your tech needs to see your network or
  device info to diagnose something, that's already in their dashboard
  the moment you connect. No back-and-forth.

  PRIVACY & CONTROL
  • Camera and microphone start OFF. You decide when they go on.
  • Screen sharing only starts when you tap Start Broadcast and confirm
    the iOS picker — never silently.
  • When the call ends, recording and sharing stop immediately.
  • No background camera, no location tracking, no third-party ads.

  ioJump SOS Assist is the customer-side app for support teams that use
  ioJump.com (https://iojump.com). If your IT department, MSP, or
  helpdesk has signed up, they'll send you the code or push call. If
  they haven't yet — point them at iojump.com and they can spin up a
  free account in a couple of minutes.
