Used this a month or so ago and it worked fine. 
Now,ZILCH. Had to give it one star to make this comment but actually meant a big fat ZERO!!

All it has is a single slider for brightness. That is it. Period. Nothing more. There are no effects at all. None. Zero. Zip. Zilch. Nada.
