Muy limitada comparada con la cámara. Se queda pegada y no es eficiente en comandos como rotar automáticamente y otros. I did reach out to tech support and I got no response. I just want to be able to log in and pull up my pictures and videos. I have air pro and air pro 3. But when you use an app that is poorly written And not to mention a horrible interface, I should be paid by its developers for wasting my time. It’s only connected once and then never again. The other app doesn’t work at all. So my advice is don’t bother with either of these apps until the programmers finish school learn math and then try to write a proper app that will work with this camera. ### 1/5 — Pure. Crap Customer Service *2017-12-10, version 1.3.3* The camera is great, but the app, what can I say other than it crashes, has bugs and now won’t even connect to the camera. Everyone else has provided support for their apps, cameras and also interfaces. Ion has dropped the ball on all fronts. Looking for a third party solution to connect to the camera, there’s none.. You call the tech support and customer service numbers and 3 months in, still no workable update to the Air Pro 3. They came out with this version and you can’t control the WiFi podz or settings before iOS 11. Totally screwed up company.. the firmware support is another in a long line of failures by this company. My camera I got for Christmas 5 years ago. It was out of date so I couldn’t live stream it. It was quick and easy to update it. ### 4/5 — Usable app. *2019-01-29, version 1.3.3* I’ve been using the ION CAMOCAM for about 4 years now. I use it mostly on a Picatinny rail on a rifle. The camera works great. The app works good although I would like to see the navigation of the app a little intuitive. It’s easy enough once you get the hang of it but the options such as delete, move to album, etc just seems backwards. Select what you want to do then select which file. Just seems backwards. The WiFi & remote work ok. Like I said, really like the camera. Great video & audio but I’d like night vision or better dark video. Audio is very good. The app can be slow at sometimes but for the most part it works great. Didn't work at first then I did the firmware update on my snapcam and BAM it works. Having seen nothing on iOn's website about a different app or an update I stumbled upon this app in the App Store. This new app works fine but I have to ask why there was no reference to this new app for the iOn camera? Seriously, it's been 5 YEARS since the last update of the iOn Camera app - I think iOn could mention that this other app is an up to date alternative. ### 3/5 — Day Two Review *2015-09-19, version 1.0.11* Not the best Review of the app or the camera, The App Seems to take Forever having to Bluetooth connect first and then having to connect your camera to a Wifi That keeps changing ever time you turn the camera on and off again. Hopefully they will come up with some firmware updates for the cameras in the future to resolve this issue. I was as well hoping o do the time laps of my day with photos simply snapping every 15/30 seconds but this can only be done though the app, and while connected you’ll be lucky to get an hour or so battery life due to the wifi and bluetooth connections. Out side of that the app has some glitches in it that cause it to loss connectivity quite often as well. So far I’m not impressed and think ill miss more shots then get with this camera and app. The reason i even gave it a 3 and not a 2 was, the photo are of good quality and the video is not bad either for such a small devise. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2023-11-22* I’ve had to install, uninstall, install the app each time I try to download a video. It’s the only thing that gets it to work. ### 2/5 — Works sporadically *2016-05-06, version 1.1* I just purchased the SnapCam 1045 off of Amazon for a fun little wearable camera to record my walks in a major city. This app on my iPhone 6s Plus has proven to be near worthless so far. It connects to the camera sporadically. I did have it acting as a viewfinder for a short period of time. When I try to download video to the phone it seems to only allow me to download the smallest clips, it hangs on the longer files. Additionally I can't set the date and time on the camera so the files are stamped properly. Not a huge deal I can just put the memory card in a computer and pull the clip like that ....
