I’m really enjoying this app. The workouts Dale designs are targeted to my goals and he does a great job checking in on my progress. The nutrition tracker is super easy to use. It remembers previous meals and I can even scan barcodes to instantly add new items (I usually do this right after grocery shopping for convenience). It’s worth the money if you want to stay accountable and reach your goals.
