## What is ION?

Ion is a simple gym tracker designed to help you log your workouts efficiently. Track your sets, reps, and progress over time.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

This version includes:

Food Tracking: Log your daily meals and nutrition.

Sleep Tracking: Monitor your sleep patterns and recovery.

Bug Fixes: We fixed the errors from the previous version and improved overall stability.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-01-16

Little bug fixes

### 1.0 — 2026-01-15
