The one with the bright red/green buttons and voice notifications was the best so far. You could actually hear when the time was up. Now I just use a kitchen timer… ### 1/5 — Poorly designed app *2020-08-16* This is one of the most horrible apps I’ve seen. There is no real set of instructions. You can’t stop the timer or pause the timer. The instructions are barely there. You can’t switch functions on the app easily either. You have to close the app and choose a different function. There wasn’t even instructions that came with the generator either, or the silver rods. This is very poor customer service. ### 1/5 — Timer is pointless *2020-03-14* The timer needs to make noise to let me know when the time is up. It doesn’t make since to have a timer you have to watch to know when the time has stopped. It’s easier to use my phone timer for 20 mins. Thanks ### 2/5 — Timer not working... *2019-03-14* I’ve run the unit two times out of the box with the app, and I’ve not heard a timer or buzzer or had any notification that time was up. My second batch has floating oxidized particles and the water is brown- it probably ran 45 minutes to an hour. we’re busy and forgot about it, and with no alert- I’m sort of annoyed. ### 5/5 — Problem *2018-10-22* The update does not work. As soon as I start the cycle the halfway reminder comes on and when that is ok’d the finish one comes on.
