Invest in your customers please. ### 1/5 — Bugs, errors… *2025-05-16* App rarely allows login without going through a series of buggy 2-factor authentication steps which generally ends in no access and a ‘we are experiencing technical issues’ message. It keeps crashing when I'm trying to login to the app from iPhone. It's been happening for months and no one is fixing it. Such a shame. I wish I could give 0 star 😑 ### 1/5 — Avoid *2025-01-06* Avoid signing up with IOOF if you value being able to access your account via this app. It has not kept pace with iOS versions and you can no longer login via mobile unless your iPhone is so old that Apple have stopped applying iOS updates to your phone. Constant issues with logging in. Really don’t understand how it can be this bad in 2026. ### 1/5 — Broken App *2026-05-13* Put in your login details and it just sits there spinning and doing nothing. App is broken. Can’t use it. With the recent update it is just stuck in death loop and does not proceed anywhere! I recently started using this app and it has been so helpful to keep up with my regular super contributions and managing investments!! It’s so user friendly and I can easily update information including beneficiaries in minutes. I can download statements and other reports too. And I can do it anytime anywhere. As a client this is what I need ! It’s brilliant! ### 5/5 — Finally!! *2023-03-31* What took so long to introduce an app??? Esp when it is just the webpage rendered for mobile.... Still I am very happy, it's quick to load and go through different pages.....
