This app was great when I downloaded it 7 years ago, having not used it for a few years, now doing a simple project needing 3 pieces 25" x 39" each from a 48x96 sheet of plywood. No matter which cut method I chose, shows same result, requiring 2 sheets of plywood. One long cut leaving 39x96, three at 25" wide and I need 2 sheets? My kerf is 1/8 inch, not 10 inches. Gee.

The main flaw with this app is not being able to choose to have no border or wastage on a sheet. E.g. select a board length of 1440 and ask for a piece of material at that length, the app will lose that piece altogether! 
Please fix this issue

Es fehlt bislang eine Druckfunktion, soll irgendwann kommen.
Das Ergebnis kann man sich nur per mail schicken. Export PDF und/oder exel geht ebenfalls nicht.
Die eingegebenen Teilebezeichnungen werden in die Zeichnungen und Listen nicht übernommen! Das ist ärgerlich und macht das Programm nur eingeschränkt brauchbar - wenn überhaupt. Der Preis ist für den derzeitigen Leistungsumfang vollkommen unangemessen!

Just tried the app after this most recent update and was immediately confronted with a bug.

On an iPad in landscape mode and selecting fraction input to create an item, the measurement selection is completely buggy and non responsive at times. It also fails to show the selected values correctly due to input field corruption by previous value.

How can something this significant and obvious at the starting point be missed.

Seriously, test your products more thoroughly before releasing them to the public.

Works well for smaller jobs but wish we could enter shapes somehow. Gets stuck on large jobs, (2000 pcs) just spins its wheels for a long time. Tried letting it run for multiple hours once just to see if it would eventually kick out the nest. It never did. It also needs a better method to print out the nest. Doesn't print out so well, in fact its a PITA.

Though the built in example works, I can't enter parts for a new item/project. There seems to be no interface element to do this, no way I can find, and I wasted a lot of time looking. No manual. Maybe it is because of iOS 8?

This is a horrible app. this app does not let you print on a printer that is not Apple, does not put the name of the parts on the drawing cut, has no options menu of the application. just money thrown away. not recommend.

If you like instructions on how to use an app, this is not for you.  Sure, some of the interface is iPad standard, but much is not.  This is un-intuitive in the extreme.  When you enter cut pieces that do not fit onto your board stock, they simply don't show up... There is no warning or message that they are not on the cutting diagram.  Also, I liked the idea of emailing a cutting diagram to "export" it, since I don't have a printer that works with my ipad... But I selected inches as my unit of measure, but no matter what, it emails in millimeters or something.  When I emailed support, they asked me again what the problem was, I emailed again, and no response.
This app is not ready for sale.

This app saved me a bunch of time figuring out the best way to cut 25 pieces out of 5 sheets of plywood and there's nothing else out there like this, so I can't complain.  This is more of a suggestion.  I wanted to print the layouts for use in the shop, but when I emailed the files it changed the measurements from inches to millimeters and the layouts looked completely different.  Also the files came through as .xml files which are not easy to save or print (at least for me).  Definitely some bugginess in the export function or there's a preference setting I couldn't find.

Print the names of items on the pieces in the Draw view
Allow rotation and resizing of Draw view

Otherwise, it works well. I don't understand the "method" choices, though. 

Some documentation would help.

Buggy and limited.  I want a refund.  If you enter two parts with same dimensions the project becomes corrupt, you don't see one of the parts.  You can only have one board size - that's pretty disappointing.  You can't enter a dimension over 2m with the sliders. The board preview is wrong. If you enter detail for a part and hit the finish button without hitting the add part button the detail is lost - without warning. At $14 AUD I expect a lot more.

I used to work this app on my iPad, but the app is not working on imperial sizes, when input, just works feet and fractions but not inches, when try to insert inches what is moving is fractions, it looks the input is offset but there's no way to work, inches doesn't move at all. Metric is fine. And there is no way to send a support message on the site

I couldn't get the app to work. I tried contacting the developer and the link they had to submit a message to them was invalid. Nine bucks straight down the toilet.

App allows you to create new project and enter piece dimensions. That's it. It does not have the draw icons at the bottom of iPhone screen as shown. Absolutely would like my money back. $8.99, when what I get is essentially a list of the cuts I have already had on paper and a waste of 20 minutes. Could be a really useful app if it at all functioned correctly.

schnell hat sich die App als hilfreicher Begleiter entpuppt.
Anpassen an aktuelle iPhone Modelle wäre wünschenswert. 
Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr hilfreiche App, läuft bis jetzt fehlerfrei. 
Habe ich lange gesucht. 
Nun meine Anregungen: 
- die Schrift auf den einzelnen Teilen könnte größer sein
- super wäre auch wenn die Bezeichnung die man den einzelnen Teilen gibt, auf den Teilen dann auch stehen würde, da ich oft mehrere Möbel zuschneide
- wenn man die Liste der einzelnen Teile dann noch auf Etiketten ausdrucken könnte wäre ich begeistert
Aber für die Idee und die enorme Hilfe ohne PC gebe ich gern 5 Sterne.

Plattengröße frei wählbar, Stückzahlliste einfach anlegbar, schnelles und simples Programm für optimierte Plattenzuschnitte. 
Für mich genau das, was ich gesucht habe. 

Der Vollständigkeit möchte ich noch erwähnen, das die App nur Rechtecke und Quadrate beherrscht. Keine Kreise/Bögen/Schrägen! 
Wer eine simple Plattenzuschnitt-App sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Leider etwas teuer.

Zuschnittoptimierung jetzt über mehrere Platten möglich. 
Export der Listen und Grafiken via eMail integriert.  
Schöne einfache App für Plattenzuschnitte verschiedenster Art. 

Kann nur eine Platte aufrechnen, da brauche ich keine App für. 
Ansonsten ok. 5 Sterne gibt's, wenn die App mehrere Platten berechnen und das Ergebnis exportieren kann, was für den Preis drin sein sollte. 

Will give 5 Stars as soon as the App can calculate with several sheets and exports them fx as PDF. Please update, this was expensive enough.
