IoT D-roomは大和リビングのD-room IoTパック専用の家電コントロールアプリです。
自分に快適な温度湿度になるようにエアコンを自動的にコントロールすることや、テレビや照明をコントロールすることが簡単に可能になります。

・「暑い」「寒い」など、自分の感じている状態に合わせてエアコンを自動でコントロール
・エアコンを時間指定タイマーでON/OFF、帰宅時間を設定すると時間までに自動的に快適な室温に。
・テレビや赤外線リモコンのある照明を外出中でもコントロールできます。
・アプリとWiFi回線、赤外線家電リモコンの接続が簡単に可能です。
・Google homeと連携して音声でも家電がコントロールができます。

入居してついてたから使ってみようと思ったが、新規登録で借用番号と電話番号、メールに届いた確認番号を入れてもエラーばかり表示される。
問い合わせも何も無いから意味なし。こんな付属品イライラするだけだから要らない

1人で留守番中の高齢の母の様子も電気の使い方でわかるので重宝してましたが，何ヶ月か前からMYdroomのサイトの電気料金の請求額と違って表示されて不便になりました。直していただければ面白いアプリだと思います。

家電リモコンとしては遅過ぎて使えない。
ラトック純正アプリを使いましょう！
ただ、電気代のチェックに使いたいのに、家電の振り分けもあまり正確で無いので参考程度にしかならない上に、何故か年月の表示がおかしい。
例えば2023年9/14-10/13の実績を見ると、2023年２月と出る。年表示に変えても半年ほど過去にズレて表示される有様。
有償サービスなのになんとかしてほしい。
もう電気代チェックアプリだけにして、システムを改修し、潔くリモコン機能を廃してしまえばいいと思います。

入居時にこのアプリの使用を促されたのでインストールしたものの全く使い物にならず、メールで問い合わせをしても無視されました。
使用しているスマート家電コントローラー（自分の場合はラトックシステムのRS-WFIREX3でした）の純正アプリを使用したところ快適に使えるようになりました。
