알림이 어느 순간 안되고 있습니다. 다운 앱들은  다 잘 되는데 안 되어 업체에 의뢰도 해 보았으나 답을 찾기가 힘들었습니다. 앱도 삭제 후 다시 설치 해보고 폰설정도 모두 재설정 해 보아도 안 되네요.  도움 부탁 드립니다.

안드로이드 폰은 어플매에서 cctv도 접속 되고 사이렌 알람 조정도 할 수 있던데 아이폰은 전혀 그런기능이 없네요
