## What is iota Attendance?

The iota system works by combining the Iota app and the Iota Beacon. The Iota Beacon is a stationary Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device that emits a unique identifier, enabling precise location tracking. Employees use the IOTA app on their mobile devices to clock in and out, leveraging the Bluetooth technology to interact with the IOTA Beacon. This allows for real-time attendance tracking and contactless check-ins, streamlining attendance management for businesses. The system provides secure data management, customizable workflows, and seamless integration, making attendance tracking efficient and hassle-free for employers and employees alike.
