## What is ioTORQ LEAN?

ioTORQ LEAN enables cost-effective, automatic monitoring of production assets to identify, quantify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities and determine critical manufacturing metrics in real time, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

- Fixed the cause-selection dialog rendering broken/overlaid (search box, filters, and cause cards spilling outside the modal) when justifying a downtime or phase cause.
- Fixed the System Status page appearing blank in the native mobile app; it now opens the status page in an external browser instead.

New Navigation Sidebar A redesigned sidebar makes it easier to move between sections — everything you need is now one tap away.
Redesigned date & time pickers — Date and time selectors across Events, Asset Timeline, Reports, and Quality have been updated with a cleaner look for selecting date or time range.

Improvements
Live timeline updates — Cards on the facility timeline now refresh automatically when a production phase changes, so you always see the current state without needing to reload.
Breadcrumb navigation restored to the top bar — The page trail (e.g., Facilities › Device Management) is back in the blue top bar where it was originally, rather than appearing in a separate row beneath it.
Shift definitions are now protected — Existing shift configurations are read-only, preventing accidental edits to shift schedules that are already in use.

Duplicate Timestamps in Asset Timeline The asset timeline graph no longer shows duplicate timestamps.
Real-Time Propagated Cause Updates Changes to propagated causes now appear in the UI instantly, without needing to refresh
Notifications show the correct time — Event notifications now display when the event actually started, not when the notification arrived in your feed.
Cause dropdown always shows current options — The cause selection list now refreshes each time you open it, so you're never working with a stale list.
Sidebar loads the right equipment — When navigating from a page that isn't tied to a specific facility, the sidebar now correctly loads the assets for the facility you've selected.
Date pickers respect today's date — The "last 12 hours starting from" picker can no longer be set to a future date, and the "Next Restart" picker no longer allows selecting a time that has already passed.
Asset timeline phases display in the correct order — After a live data refresh, phases no longer appear stranded at the wrong position on the timeline, and outdated data no longer lingers.
Downtime notifications deferred correctly — When a changeover time limit is exceeded, only downtime notifications are deferred — event alerts are unaffected.
Quality notifications no longer error — Quality event notifications no longer produce an error when a piece of associated data is missing.
Date range preset labels align correctly — When preset labels (e.g., "Last 7 days") wrap onto a second line, they now left-align properly.
Back button hidden on tablet — The back button no longer appears on tablet screens when using the sidebar navigation layout.

- Fixed an issue where clicking a card in the facility timeline did not navigate to the correct asset dashboard.
- Fixed several visual issues on the facility dashboard, including tooltip positioning and clickable areas on cards.
