There are some small hiccups but I think that is my old wireless router. I sometimes have to reset the switch but that is easy to do but it has been awhile since I had to do that. The app is cool for automation but needs to add more features. I had seen glass fronted switches in Europe in 2012 but had to wait almost 10 years before I found Iotty. The most important thing, to use them properly, is to document the individual serial numbers as you install them, and which room they are in. Then you can use them as the smart switches that they are! I love the wee halo light in the middle of the night that glows so gently. I love that they are easy to clean. Mostly, I love that they create a subtle yet impactful statement in the home. I would buy them again. The only way I use it is through Alexa. The app always says error. The worst.
