Sometimes it comes on again on its own but most of the time I have to restart it. This happens on my iPad and my iPhone. I’ve rebooted my iPad and iPhone and I’ve cancelled and reloaded the app but no success. I start listening about 4:30am CST so enjoy the BBC newscast before the NPR program. However, they seem unable to fix an issue with the streams rebuffering about every 30 seconds. It’s worst with the live stream. It’s extremely annoying, and I have to use an older iPad with an older version of the app at this time. However, Listening live really annoying I experience a rebuffering pause about every half hour Please bring stability to the live stream. This happens across my devices and while other apps function on WiFi smoothly. Most of the time they cover events well and hide pretty much all the info you need to understand a clear picture of what’s actually going on . But…. It is time for all websites, apps, etc., to just stop tracking people. None of us should have to constantly opt out of cookies or other tracking tech connected to the apps and sites we use in order to maintain our privacy. The almighty dollar has become more important than our privacy and it’s getting ridiculous…If I didn’t have to opt out of privacy tracking bs or wonder who the hell is buying my information, or what they will try to sell me based on my internet experiences and searches, I’d give five stars. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Love IPR! *2026-07-09, version 12.0.3* This app is great.
