IP Scanner Ultra kann nur ein Netzwerk scannen und speichern und man kann sich keine Historie anschauen. It doesn't do anything like attempting to probe/ping every IP, instead it relies on reading the OS arp table to find the IP addresses. This is fast, but unfortunately, unless your device has had reason to contact all the devices on your network, it is an incomplete list. I used to recommend this to everyone. Now on the search for one that actually works... ### 5/5 — Great Basic Sniffer *2024-11-07, version 5.25* I have a smart home and sometimes devices get lost. I try to hard code an ip address for every device, but sometimes when they update or if I add a new device they “get lost”. I use IP scanner to scan the entire network when things get lost or if the network is very slow. One day I discovered two devices eating a lot of bandwidth, and no , not my banned chinese cameras either. I rebooted the devices and all was well. I also once found the neighbors kids streaming TV on our guest network when their parents cut them off for homework time. ### 1/5 — What's wrong? *2024-07-15* It seems that I haven't been able to get a mac address for about 3 weeks, so I can't display the icon or master name I set. Of course, but I can't edit either. When I'm starting IPscaner on mac, it seems to sync with iCloud, but I can't do anything about it with iPhone alone. ————————————————— I'll add it. Dark mode is completely gone in this version, so the app is blinding me when I open it, because my eyes have adapted to the darker interface. It also seems to ask for permissions. (I can't really read it, because it's so bright and blown out.), then locks up and crashes. Reverting back to an older version seems to fix the problems. This has been a pretty solid app over over the years, so I'm really surprised that they would let some thing this bad out the door. Being able to run this software and get notifications any time another device connects to the network is extremely helpful for me. Sure, there are other IP scanning applications out there, but none that can do everything this one does. Also, being able to use the software on my iPad and my iPhone make it pretty handy.
