They have the potential of been great bits of kit. Adding a camera is so temperamental. Managed to add one but failed to add a second one. Spoke to the technicians on 5 different occasions. There are times where the app does not connect to the camera, and there are times where the camera just stops working and there is no way to connect it to the app. If you think it might be the Wi-Fi connection, there is no way to connect to the Wi-Fi see the app when the camera is dysfunctional. Even in the app under the User Guide, it is blank. You end up having to delete the camera that is installed on the app and doing the process all over again. This is maybe the third or fourth time I have reinstalled see camera to connect with this app. So I am disappointed I purchased this device with an app that is not functional most times. Update: it’s working again. After about a year it decided to work again. Go figure. Just in time to see my front door when Christmas shopping packages that are delivered. Let’s see how long it will last this time. Will keep you posted. If is goes I’ll get a NestCam. ### 1/5 — App doesn't work *2017-08-23, version 1.1.3* My phone connects to "HD WIFI Camera" but the app doesn't recognize their syncing. I can't use my device at all as there is no way to connect to an internet website outside of the app and no manual way to connect the device to wifi. Its just an expensive piece of hardware with no useable software.
