This is not a good app for anything in the moment. Load times are slow if they load at all, the app signs you out constantly, and freezes with every use.

I packet constantly crashes and has to reboot, dealership is getting rid of it because its not even being a useful tool for sales as you always have to close out and restart the app after every search

Have used IPacket’s for quite awhile, and recently the app is super laggy and impossible to use. Just easier to use dealer websites. Also no updates available to fix it

Terrible and slow. Always sets used car search as default. Whenever you finally get a new car ipacket found when clicked takes you to a white screen. Slows the process allot completely destroys momentum. The customer search does not work also

This app hasn’t worked on my phone for the past two weeks. This is how I give my clients my business card through and I can’t because technology has failed. I can open the app at all.

The iPacket mobile app changes the way I interact with my clients on a daily basis. I can take full advantage of the iPacket dealer portal right from the palm of my hand whether I’m out on the lot, on the sales floor, or working remotely. Selling in the automotive industry without iPacket is like driving a car blindfolded.
