## What is iPACT?

As Contractors, key features of this software enables you to;

Generate drivers' pay using WAHR under 2 minutes.

Receive Tax invoices from drivers monthly. View and download previous tax invoices.

Add, view or update the details of your drivers
Add, view or update customer complaints. Check the progress. 

Automated emails to drivers with complaint details
Generate and download detailed complaint reports in PDF format (Weekly, Monthly or yearly)

Complete Vehicle Inspection reports (VIR). View past VIRs 
Generate customised statements /letters for drivers
Access any of the above documents from anywhere in the world even if offline  

Your sub-contractors (drivers) are provided a personal login ,access via login.ipact.com.au or personal app. 

Generate Monthly tax invoices via app.

View and download monthly and previous tax invoices via portal or app.

Receive notifications of customer complaint via automated emails. 

Login to iPACT, to view current customer complaints and progress. 

Monitor driver progress .
