We cannot scroll the camera neither can we zoom in ### 2/5 — Needs better information design and UX *2023-09-07* The app can do with so much better design. A big usage is the video streaming. If the concerned class is at the bottom one cannot even scroll down beyond the small sliver of what is visible and has to tap that teeny tiny space to be able to open up the video. It’s like there is no user testing done which is so crucial for apps. Mine is an iPhone 13 and is a standard smartphone screen size. The menu UI component on the left takes us to so many options which is overwhelming. Possibly content labelling needs to be rethought of because I end up looking for standard things every time I need to look at something that is not a daily notification or a video. When a video is maximised it does not cover all or most of the screen and there is a huge border space around even in landscape mode. There are so many video players today. This is should actually fall under standard video playing experience. If the parent whose phone number is not registered tries to login, they have to depend on the other parent to share the OTP. Can we not have an option to have either OTP or password (which can be saved) which reduces the dependence. Kid is going to school everyday this additional step is not needed and easily fixable and will solve a huge hassle. She has been very much interested in my child Shreenika since day 1. She is the second person after me with whom my child can spend hours blindly, and it means a lot, as she has really given that love & warmth to every toddler she has in the class. She has been dedicated not only to my child; I have observed her committed to each and every child in her care. She gave us that confidence in the initial few months that I decided to put my child in for the extended period. She is regular in sharing Shreenika's report and feedback and very approachable. She makes you feel really comfortable in any given scenario. Loved the school totally.
