This app has had my credit card information in limbo ever since and there’s nothing I can do about it. ### 4/5 — Pass doesn't show in wallet *2025-07-29, version 4.3.5* The pass does not show in wallet when double clicking on the lock button. By the time it was my turn to scan out the parking lot, the bars were up, and wouldn't take the code. Technically speaking my timer is still running. I sent an email and voice mail asking for help. It won’t let you edit or remove cars/license plates, the pass doesn’t stay in apple wallet, and customer service is a joke. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2025-06-19, version 4.3.2* Tried to create and account and the ‘complete’ button is mostly off the screen and there is no way to press it. This is using an iPhone 16. Tried using the guest option, but you can’t select an arrival time in the past and there isn’t an option to scan the ticket that you get when entering. I did not have this issue before a recent app software update that must have some type of but when trying to use on my phone. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled app & still not working. Huge charge the first time. Garage personnel could only suggest reloading. Still waiting for refund on first malfunction! ### 1/5 — Total Scam - Do Not Use *2025-03-04, version 4.2.4* Downloaded app and signed up for the express pass. 5 20% off parking discounts were added to my account. The app does not list any location exclusions - an email I received confirming my enrollment listed a garage in New Orleans as not participating. Used the app to get a price quote for Boston; the 20% off discount was applied. Was smart enough to keep a screenshot. Parked and was charged full price. No way to call anyone - customer service eventually responds to my email and says garage manager says the discount is not good in Boston and I need to email him if I have any questions. We are talking about $7.60 yet customer service doesn’t know what customer service means and refuses to make it right. Manager of garage simply says we don’t honor the discount and refuses to do anything. Of course Amex sides with me and credits me back - but such an unnecessary waste of time. So I deleted the app and won’t do business with these people. I would caution anyone who is thinking of downloading this app. ### 1/5 — Don’t use this app! *2025-02-19, version 4.2.3* You get a discount and then get charged separate charges. You get charged for parking WHEN YOU AREN’T USING THE GARAGE! Customer service won’t help. Had to go to my bank and cancel my debit card and I will have to dispute over $135 in miscellaneous charges. I tried to enter several different cards and all I get is an “Opps!” I have tried to reach out the company several times and I have yet to receive a response. It prompts to enter vehicle information and add the digital pass to the phone wallet, but upon reaching out to customer service (following the onscreen directions in the app), I’m told the app doesn’t support digital passes. There is a huge disconnect from the abilities the app SAYS it has, and what the app actually does. ### 1/5 — apple wallet glitch *2026-07-21, version 4.3.21* Pass removes itself from my apple wallet and it won't add it back! It displays the wrong pass (an old pass) that was tied to my account previously before it was replaced and thus causes me HUGE issues when I’m trying to leave the garage. However, the District of Columbia is not included in the dropdown menu for registering a vehicle. The express pass has never worked and has always said contact customer service and every time I’ve contacted customer service, I’ve been told that it “should be working” Every time I try to add my vehicle license plate, the app crashes. About half the time I try searching for parking, the app gets stuck on a loading screen and I’m unable to even try to find somewhere to park.
