I joined as posp agent and i passed exam and i got my licence and Rm too…the point is they alloted an RM for me who quit the job before three months ago…when i called to RM he said ask to customer care…when i called to customer care they are saying we can’t help in this matter only your present RM can help you…My point is how can a ex employee of icici lombard can help me to find new RM for me…

Till to this date I can’t access to any insurance policy to sell…from past two weeks it was still showing “your application is in process” even when i ask customer care about this again they simply reply me “we can’t help you at this situation”

Atleast do one thing delete my info and licence so that i can join in another company as posp agent

1. Opening passbook in app is big headache 
2. Policy issued from app cannot be downloaded
3. TP section is not active although that can be profitable one
4. While calculating premium IDV automatically getting changed

I'm an insurance agent and I recently started using this app and I'm loving it! It's so easy to use and it makes managing my accounts so much easier. I can easily keep track of my clients and their policies. It's also great for keeping up with the latest industry news. Any pos insurance agent can use this app.
