Will not use this again. The official Illinois Tollway does not charge a fee to add money to your account. So, I could not add funds because it, of course, would give error message about missing email! I uninstalled and installed a different IPass app. Done. ### 1/5 — Unhappy with App and service *2023-03-21, version 2.2.1* Ratings & Reviews Unpaid tolls March 2023 this app screwd me Have had this app for awhile, recently started having problems, when getting calls from toll way stating my account was in negative balance, but app showed I had a positive balance on my I pass, after reviewing my tolls, the app was not taking money off my account causing me to be in negative with Illinois toll way and they don't play around and will send you to collections for 5 dollars. It also showed the correct account to take funds from and the Offical app did not. I have been unable to reach customer service ti fix this issue. As if you’re going to stand there at the rental car line and enter before you leave the counter. It is a scam and I learned the hard way after paying several hundred dollars in unpaid tolls. I went to an Illinois IPass event that was being held at my local police station, this was when they went from transponders to stickers, and that is how I found out that this was a scam app and the real iPass would not charge you to add funds. I have never been charged a surcharge for the auto replenishment. In fact I just went through and double checked my account. We have had it for years while we do live out of state we do travel to and through Illinois often. One thing I would love is to be able to add either a nickname or name my vehicle when I put on the plate as I do not know my plate numbers, but I want to make sure that as our plates change we update appropriately. I just had eight vehicles listed, though we only own four. So I deleted them all and started from scratch where I would’ve preferred not having to do that. Please add a field that would mean nothing to you, but that would help your end user.
