I contacted help multiple times and even though they respond their advice is that my username / password doesn’t work but how can that be when the same credentials work on my laptop. Definitely a buggy app with lots of issues. ### 1/5 — Crashes. All the time. *2018-08-17* What a horrible app. My company subscribed so we get free Wi-Fi when traveling. When it works, it’s awesome. However this most recent upgrade seems like it wasn’t tested at all. Each time I tried to connect when I’d joined the airplane Wi-Fi, the app crashed. No way to use it to Authenticate. These guys need a serious upgrade to their engineering teams because unfortunately, this happens all the time with releases from them. ### 1/5 — I have had no success with this app! *2018-06-04* I am very unhappy with this app. I cannot use it in any of the hotels I stay in and have to disconnect the app in order to get on to a hotels wifi. I have been successful only once on Delta Airlines and only once on American. I travel extensively and this is our company’s solution for GoGo in the air. I have trouble connecting so often I have had to uninstall the APP several times to get connected to my home, my hotel, and several hotspots I use around town to conduct business. Great concept but it needs lots of work to improve. Customer support was excellent. I had problems setting this up on my iPad. Probably my fault. The stumbling block was the company email which was not accepted. They helped me set it up without having to use the company email. Both Chat and phone support were friendly and as I said, very helpful.
